Let's face it, there has been much scientific debate about which omega-3 fatty acids are essential in human diets. For years, researchers found that alpha-lipoic acid, found in vegetable oils such as flaxseed, may become the body to eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, using an intermediary called Docosapentaenoic acid to lengthen the chain.

To use the cards, ALA can be converted to EPA and DHA through the use of the DPA for the chain to more carbon credits. This process is obviously inefficient.
