L Arginine

Can a supplement of L-Arginine-only pill is replaced by the faces of nitric oxide transducers?

From what I understand, Nitric oxide transducers such as NO Explode is effective mainly due to higher amounts of L-Arginine. "I can replace this with a simple pill supplement line L-Arginine and reap the same benefits they get more expensive transducer NOT? (The pump and blood flow increases) If yes, how could you do this safely and what would be an appropriate dose?

The amino acid L-arginine performs the same function as transducers of NO as Viagra. In fact, this amino acid is known by some as the Viagra "poor man", but the downside is that abuse of the amino acid can lead to thickening of the tissues only gets better with time. This is a much less safe alternative to the transducers and can be used as a supplemental exercise.

Why not an essential amino acid arginine, which can not do without

The subject of a lot of intensive research by conventional medicine, nutritional therapists and sports scientists for at least fifty years, arginine is now regarded as one of the most important and potentially beneficial amino acids. Technically this is known as one of the "nonessential" amino acids, but the term in this sense means only that can be manufactured in the body and therefore therefore not be obtained from the daily diet.

"Nonessential" is not in any way implies that these amino acids are important. In short, you need full range of both essential and nonessential amino acids to form proteins many of which the body is largely made. Increasingly, however, no evidence that individual amino acids may have specific functions, with increasing interest in the possibility of using individual amino acid supplementation acids to meet particular conditions.

Arginine, for example, has been credited with helping the body make hormones crucial, in particular human growth hormone, enhance health and sexual function while increasing muscle mass by reducing body fat, reduced cholesterol, stimulates the immune and improve immune system responses.

But perhaps the most important potential benefit of arginine is its effect on the cardiovascular system health. There is some research evidence that doses of 6 g or more daily can help reduce low density lipid (LDL), the so-called "bad cholesterol" and arginine, which can also significantly improve the circulation.

Arginine is also an important precursor of nitric oxide, a important transmitter of nerve impulses, neural, and a compound known to help maintain circulation in small blood vessels in the brain, protecting against debilitating and potentially fatal strokes. For the immune system, arginine acts as a stimulant for the thymus gland, helping to generate vital immune cells to respond to infection.

There is also good research to suggest that arginine may have a protein "sparing" Indeed, to make available the maximum amount of protein for muscle growth. This has been found very useful in the treatment of those, such as the elderly, who have suffered muscle wasting and weakness. But when combined with a clear potential of arginine as a fat burner, and the stimulation of hormone production human growth, its obvious potential as an adjunct to athletic performance, especially strength and power athletes and body builders, has been, then the cause of great excitement in these communities. Arginine is also an important precursor for the manufacture of creatine body, known as the "steroid natural "for its strength and potential strength.

U.S. Food and Nutrition Board has prescribed a Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for arginine, probably adhere to the traditional view that an adequate protein diet almost by definition provide sufficient amino acids. While the shortcomings of pure and Simple arginine are rarely seen in people whose diet contains sufficient protein, which means most of us in the rich West. And it is true that needs of the individual amino acids arginine and vary widely among individuals, making the establishment of a significantly more difficult RDA than usual. However, good sources of arginine in the diet include dairy products and meat, especially beef, pork, chicken and turkey. Wheat germ, cereals, nuts, seafood and even chocolate can also help encourage the use of arginine. An increase in the consumption of any of these, particularly animal protein, also of course increase the consumption of arginine, and normal diet including lots of these foods will usually prevent deficiencies.

Will not necessarily, however, be sufficient to provide the greatest therapeutic benefits of arginine, so most professionals agree free form of supplementation is needed in quantities of at least several grams per day, preferably taken on an empty stomach. While it is argued that the maximum nomally arginine benefits are obtained when taken in isolation, an exception is to try to boost the immune system, when it seems that taking arginine with lysine, another amino acid, can greatly increase their impact.

Like other amino acids, arginine supplementation is generally very safe and without negative effects except perhaps relatively minor gastric disturbances, must be respected even in many times the recommended therapeutic dose. However, important exceptions to this are pregnant women and new mothers, people suffering from herpes and similar infections, and suffer from liver or kidney disease. If you take all these arginine groups, would only be a doctor.

In any case, supplementation with individual amino acids always carries the risk of creating biochemical imbalances within the body and should not be held indefinitely without qualified supervision. Body builders and strength and power athletes may for example, find it beneficial to the use of arginine for most "up" phase of the training course, thereafter returning to a more balanced supplementation.

Another word of caution is that, as well as its benefits, nitric oxide produced by arginine is also a free radicals to aging and degenerative potentially harmful effects on cells of the body. This oxidative action does not eliminate the possible benefits of taking arginine, but it does mean that any program of supplements should be combined with a good range of antioxidants, including coenzyme Q10 and lipoic acid acid. And for best results, these should always be taken with a large multi-vitamins and multi-mineral supplements.
