are any of these components effective in preventing eczema?? Gamma Linolenic Acid,Zinc,Quercetin,Burdock (arctium lappa),Vitamin A or glutathione.. i want to prevent eczema rather than healing them when their already there. 19year old guy here.. are there any oral pills to prevent eczema??
