Meniers disease.... any help will be greatly appreciated!?

I've had meniers for quite some time now and I am hoping someone may know what I can do/take that might help me out. I take Niacin and Lipoflavonoid (for ringing in my ears) my Dr. Has had me try Clariton and Sudafed but these things don't seem go help that much. I am so tired of this woozy/tilting feeling... some days are worse than others! I am not a lay around the house kind of person... I really hope someone can help! Thank You!!!!!!!!!!

If you have Meniers disease then there's little to no help out there. After 21 years of truck driving my son had to retire with this, my daughter is a surgical nurse and was forced to get a hearing aide. The big problem is salt. Common salt in the diet causes water to fill the inner ear and you start to loose your balance or can't walk. Try it.
